Even though social status of our industrial association is upgrading, we are still facing with too many difficulties on the way to success. It needs all our common efforts to find out a way of innovation and development that with China characteristics and suitable for our industrial association. It shall be neither to draw up plans behind closed doors, nor to copy and transplant the experience of counterparts abroad indiscriminately. Here I would like to say, the Prestress Professional Committee of our industrial association has made a good performance on job; even though they are facing with many challenges in e.g. thoughts, methods, but they have brought a good achievement. Their experiences are valuable to be summarized and publicized for all of us.

[G] Position

Though the industrial association and members are not senior and subordinates, they shall find their exact positions respectively. The industrial association shall build up its authority, conduct from “Lead” to “Manage”, upgrade gradually and continuously, set up its reputation under the authority; the more the association is close to every member, the more people will care about it.

[H] Teamwork

If the industrial association is a steel rope, then every member enterprise is a steel silk of the rope. Once we are honest in life, dedicative on job, keeping goodwill in business, follow all the systems established by the association, abide by the regulations, this “Rope” will be smooth, without any burr, then communications between the association and its members as well as among the enterprises will be improved, and the volume of information will increased, meanwhile, it will expand the coverage of business and decrease the conflicts. As the old saying, “Where there is unity, there is strength”, once all members are friendly and close like brothers in a family, our association will definitely go forward healthily and for over.
Finally, Mr. Zhou said emotionally: “I have been dedicating myself to the wire products industry, I am loving it. Fasten Group shall keep modest to learn from all members of the association continuously, overcome our shortcomings and learn merits from each other, integrate our advantages, thus to build up our true and deep friendship. I believe, under the leadership of the industrial association and sincere cooperation among members, honestly fulfillment to the promises, unselfishly consideration to the overall interests and exert common efforts together, we will form up a real “ROPE” at the end. By adapting to the change of market trends, adjusting the thoughts of development and job measurements in time as well as doing the jobs sincerely, stably and smartly, we will find out the way to success under our will. And I believe, we will definitely realize the dream of building a powerful kingdom of wire products.
