Concerning the industrial association and the member enterprises, Mr. Zhou has summarized seven features to the relationship between two sides as:
     1. The association shall not only lead, but also manage the members;
     2. The management shall follow policies and bring achievements;
     3. Decision shall be made for the sake of development, due to development is the prevailing
principle;
     4. No difficulty occurring between the association and member enterprises shall be avoided;
     5. Regard the association and members as a whole family, always say “We” & “Us”, not “You” &
“Me”;
     6. Concentrate on mutual benefits only, neglect the private tiny and short-term gains;
     7. One finger can not lift a small stone, united we stand and divided we fall. China Wire Products
Industrial Association can absolutely stand outstandingly among the global competitions.

Finally, Mr. Zhou submitted eight proper suggestions to the association as below:

[A] Platform

Since long time ago, the R&D of China wire products industry has chiefly concentrated on application; while concerning the basic research, it steps far behind the counterparts abroad. It is very difficult for an enterprise to R&D by own, therefore, I suggest the industrial association to grasp the opportunity, establish a platform of basic research, so as to upgrade the research of application mechanism for wire products in China. This will enhance the core competitiveness of our wire products industry; keep our rigorous force and energy to build a strong kingdom of wire products.
