Combining rich experiences of his own company, Mr. Zhou said vividly: “SUV has some advantages e.g. 4WD, more traction, force and crossing abilities that may contribute to a better stability. By a simple analogy, I would regard Fasten Group as a 4WD system personally. In fact, an industrial association also may take the method of 4WD, leading the whole industry to develop well, harmonically, orderly and healthily, as well as utilizing its rich resources in the aspects e.g. leadership, experts and information to conduct more and bigger activities of academic study, research, communication and forum; in this way, members of the association will be equipped with more, quicker and more stable 4WD systems.”

Mr. Zhou considered that an industrial association should create an environment of “Mutual development and joint prosperity” for its members. He said: “Enterprises in the same industry are different in scales, technical levels, revenues, marketing focuses, ownerships as state-owned or private or corporate, eve in regional locations. If restrictions and suppressions are formed by these differences, they may bring some negative effects on the development of the association itself. While if all members can proceed in the light of own conditions and in accordance with a rational division of labor, with everybody exploiting its own particular advantages for mutual benefit and development, then a good association may therefore established; on the other hand, it will also promote all its members. We hope an industrial association can insist the concept of scientific development, further the overall leadership and motivate the members to help and push each other. This is the common wish of all members to the association, as well as the topic in our research and discussion.”
