On the way to develop the business better and quicker, opened mind will be a premier and updated concept will be a foundation. All jobs shall be done by us, not anybody else. So “I need to do” is the key point here. We shall deal with the relationship between overall and individual interests, taking the overall as priority. From now on, we shall focus on dealing with the long term and short term interests well, emphasize the R&D in science and technology, make our best efforts for a good performance of this industry.

[C] Brainstorm

The association may effectively organize those retired experts and previous leaders of wire products industry to make their “Second Career”, introduce their rich and rare experiences under permission of their health, let them continue their unfinished tasks, come up new and more ideas for the development of the industry.

[D] Organization

Enterprises of wire products industry shall come out from disorderly, low-price and cut-throat competitions gradually, organize actively to strengthen communication each other, thus to form an unbreakable kingdom to participate in global competition, defend our common interests with invaders abroad; due to there is a big space of promotion in international market, so our association shall coordinate with state government to protect our benefits on behalf of all members, join bilateral and worldwide competition, unite as one to contend with foreign counterparts, exert the full strengths and advantages of our whole industry.

[E] Mechanism

The industrial association shall keep summarizing, upgrading and innovating all the time; work out an effective job mechanism by testing in reality and require all members to abide by; through multiple means and methods, conduct and encourage the enterprises to strive forward, cultivate the spirits of teamwork, dedication and braveness in the team, thus to keep the association step forward energetically and healthily forever.
